Product Overview

Combining compact design and satisfying experience, the Floating Shelves 8 Inch Deep, 36W x 8D Wall Shelf Set of 2, 60 lbs Heavy Duty Reversible Metal Brackets, Industrial Book Shelf for Living Room Kitchen Bath Bedroom Gallery Wall, Rustic Brown serves common scenarios effectively. Crafted from Engineered Wood, measuring 8"D x 36"W x 6"H. Notable features include reversible brackets and brackets two, contributing to its reliable character.

Key Features

• REVERSIBLE BRACKETS, TWO LOOKS IN ONE — Most floating shelves lock you into one aesthetic. These don't. The solid steel triangular brackets mount above or below the board — bracket-up for a bold industrial statement, bracket-down for a cleaner, more minimal look. Either way, you get 60 lbs of load capacity per shelf, distributed evenly across the board. Built for books, plants, kitchen essentials, and anything else you'd trust to a wall.
• CHOOSE YOUR DEPTH, CHOOSE YOUR PURPOSE — 8" depth is the sweet spot for a display shelf: framed photos, small plants, candles, and curated objects that deserve to be seen. Go 12" when you need real storage — oversized books, baskets, or kitchen essentials. For length: 16"–24" works in compact spaces and dorms; 36"–48" makes a statement on larger walls. Mix lengths for a gallery wall that feels intentional, not accidental. These hanging shelves come as a set of 2 — stack them, spread them, or use them in different rooms.
• ENGINEERED FOR REAL LIFE — The board is made from high-density engineered wood with a smooth, moisture-resistant surface that wipes clean in seconds. No warping in humid bathrooms. No staining from kitchen splashes. The matte black powder-coated steel brackets resist rust and hold their finish over time — not the kind that chips after a season. Works equally well as a bathroom shelf, a kitchen shelf, or a living room display. Available in Black, Oak, White, Walnut, and more — match your existing furniture or make the shelf the focal point.
• COMPLETE HARDWARE KIT, WALL MOUNTED IN MINUTES — Each set includes 2 shelves, 4 triangular steel brackets, 2 L-supporter,screws, drywall anchors, and level. Installation takes about 5–10 minutes per shelf. For drywall: use the included anchors. For concrete or brick: pick up masonry anchors at any hardware store. Tip: mount into studs when possible for maximum hold. Have a second person help hold the shelf level while you drive the screws — these boards are solid, not hollow.
• MAKE THE WALL THE ROOM — A 36" or 48" shelf doesn't just hold things — it defines the space. Use it as the anchor of a living room gallery wall, a full-length kitchen display, or a home office backdrop that looks intentional on video calls. At this scale, the reversible black metal brackets become part of the design — bracket-up for industrial drama, bracket-down for architectural restraint. Stack two shelves vertically for a built-in wall storage look without the built-in cost.
